About us

We offer training in intervention development tailored to your organisation's specific workplace wellbeing needs. Our training is designed to equip your staff with the knowledge and practical skills required to create effective, evidence informed, sustainable interventions.

Additionally, we provide bespoke consultancy support to guide you through the development process. If preferred, we can also design fully customised interventions on your behalf, ensuring they align with your organisational goals and workforce needs.

We bring over 25 years of combined experience developing interventions for organisations across the public, third and private sectors. As leaders in the field, we draw upon expertise and evidence from the field of public health to help you build better interventions.
